Overcoming fear and anxiety
I have always been fascinated by the edge-times of our life on this planet: birth and the dying process, times of transitions, which often create anxiety. The Dagara people in Burkina Faso (Western Africa) believe that a person's life begins already before conception. When a woman hears or feels the call of a waiting soul, she is already considered to be spiritually pregnant. From this time on she feels connected to her child and develops their relationship. It's the relationship that helps transform anxiety. The Hopi, who live in Arizona, create "Katsinam" for their children to come: Katsinam are wooden figures made by the mother or father with the intention to protect the child-soul in all times of transition - at the beginning of life as well as at the end or when growing from adolescent to adult.
There is more knowledge about different approaches to support during the dying process: the Egyptian Book of the Dead, the Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, Faust's Ascension or in the religions of our days.
Energy Work like Brennan Healing Science is based on the holographic model which includes all parts of the personality - physical as well as spiritual. This is why it is such a powerful means for me to support people in times of big transition in a gentle and at the same time firm way.
